YOGA class is going virtual!
Please join Julia Harrer as she guides you through an integrated Hatha yoga practice of body, breath, and mind awareness. Class will be held virtually via ZOOM.
Classes will be offered THURSDAY evenings (7pm) for adults.
THURSDAY, 7:00PM: ADULT INTERMEDIATE YOGA. This class is aimed at connecting the breath and mind, as the practitioner moves through various poses feeling the connections and rhythmic flow of the divine from within. This class is aimed for a “beginner to intermediate“ practitioner because of the movement flow that will be offered.
Before the first class begins, you will be emailed the ZOOM invite to participate in the class.
