LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT's)
COUNSELORS IN TRAINING (CIT's)

PROGRAM for 9th-12th GRADERS
"Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example."

Anyone entering 9th-12th grade in the Fall of 2019 are encouraged to participate in the LIT & CIT program.

During this program, you will have the opportunity to build leadership skills, observe counselors working within their groups, assist in the planning of special events, bond with your peers and interact with children.

This is a training program and participants will "advance" through each additional requested session by following guidelines, demonstrating leadership skills, having a positive impact in a camp setting and being role models for younger campers. Meeting or exceeding program goals on each session's evaluation will result in being chosen to participate in multiple sessions.
