During this program, you will have the opportunity to build leadership skills, observe counselors working within their groups, assist in the planning of special events, bond with your peers and interact with children.

This is a training program and participants will "advance" through each additional requested session by following guidelines, demonstrating leadership skills, having a positive impact in a camp setting and being role models for younger campers.
