All Levels Evening Class with Terry
This class offers gentle, lengthening and opening poses, and works slowly into more active and strength-building asana.
Utilizing props, students will also explore restorative postures, as well as meditation and breathing practices, to finish the day with a bit of bliss!
Students should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat.
8 Week session class will be Monday at 6:15pm to 7:30pm in the Teen Center building. Please note this is the building by the pavilion. Classes will start Monday January 15 through March 5, 2018. Please register for class by Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Any questions please call the Recreation office.
