All Levels Evening Class with Terry
This class offers gentle, lengthening and opening poses, and works slowly into more active and strength-building asana.
Utilizing props, students will also explore restorative postures, as well as meditation and breathing practices, to finish the day with a bit of bliss!
Students should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat.
8 Week session class will be Monday at 6:15pm to 7:30pm in the Lathrop building. Classes will start Monday March 12 through April 30, 2018. Please register for class by Wednesday, March 11, 2018. Any questions please call the Recreation office.
