Couple Horseback Riding
Pawling Recreation and Phoenix Horse Farm (Patterson, NY) are working together to offer private horseback riding lessons.

General Information
  • The program has been developed and is directed by Head Trainer Debbie McCarthy Connor, one of the top hunter/jumper riders in the country.
  • This program is open to children 8 years and older, as well as adults.
  • The program runs for 5 weeks with a half hour lesson each week.
  • Participants are required to wear shoes or boots with a heel (no sneakers), and riding breeches, jeans or leggings.
  • Hard hats/helmets can be provided for beginner riders and are required as protective gear.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during lessons.
  • Classes offered Tuesday – Friday. Lessons will be scheduled by Phoenix Horse Farm and program participant.
  • Program and registration will be ongoing.
